This spectacular country house is located between the towns of Campos and Felanitx, in the southern part of Mallorca. The house is in an ideal area if you are considering a walking or cycling holiday. It is located 3 km from the town of Campos and is close to some of the most popular beaches on the island, such as Es Trenc, which is just 15 minutes by car from the house, Es Caragol, Es Carbó and Cala Mondragó.
The closest towns to the house are Felanitx, where on Sundays there is a market in the town’s historic centre, which has an interesting gothic church. There is also Campos, which has two of the best restaurants on the island, Sa Canova and Can Calent. In Santanyi, which is 14 kilometres away, you can find a wide range of shops and restaurants. For golf lovers, the Vall d’Or and Son Antem clubs are around 15 minutes from the house. Other points of interest close to the house are the Sa Ràpita Sports Complex and Cala Mondragó Natural Park.
We access the house via the car parking area in the garden behind the house. The property is a typical Mallorca stone-built two-storey finca, completely refurbished and with attractive grounds. The first room is the spacious hallway with stairs leading to the first floor. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with twin beds. There is a complete bathroom with shower, decorated in tones of brown. There is a large living-dining room with chimney, sofas, TV and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle and all the necessary kitchenware. Finally on the ground floor is a garage where there is a small gym, a table tennis table and a full bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms, two of these with a double bed and one with twin beds. Two of these have air conditioning. There is a shared complete bathroom with shower.
From the living-dining room we access the rear covered terrace where there is a large dining table and chill out zone. In front of the terrace is a pool measuring 8 x 4 metres. There are 8 hammocks, a sunshade and an spacious lawn area. There is also a fantastic barbecue zone, a wood stove and fridge.
The house has air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and the dining room, central heating, satellite TV and WiFi.
