This property is located in the area known as S'Espinagar in the municipality of Manacor, near Calas de Mallorca; the Rafa Nadal academy, the Dino Parc or the Portocristo caves are less than 10 minutes by car from this residence.
This stone house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on one floor where we find a large living room, with access to the covered terrace in front of the pool, a large fully equipped classic kitchen, with a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave, toaster and kitchenware.
The house has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, two of them with 2 single beds and 2 with double beds. The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
From the dining room and the kitchen, we can access a large, covered terrace where there is a big table to enjoy the meals, an area with wooden sofas and some armchairs with a small table.
The 8x4 pool is surrounded by artificial grass; there are sunbeds and 2 pool umbrellas. There is also a built-in barbecue and a children's playground area.
The owner of this property lives on the way to this house, at about 20 meters from the property but totally independent.
