A spectacular 19th century rural house located very close to the beach at Cala Varques. Sleeps up to 6 people.

Dating back to the XIX century, refurbished with all the comforts of a modern house but retaining the charm of classic Majorcan architecture, this is a unique and very special property. The house was in former times inhabited by farm workers. One of the stand out features is the huge central space measuring more than 150 square metres and divided into different zones by means of three spectacular arches and comprising the common areas such as the living-dining room and kitchen.

The main living area is divided into 4 spaces: at one end is the kitchen, separated from the rest of the house by an American style breakfast bar and a low wall which separates it from the living area which has sofas, a satellite television and CD player. The modern kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher etc. On the other side of the main room is the dining area, with a big wooden table.

On one side of the house are the three double rooms and two complete bathrooms. The main bedroom has an extra large double bed and en suite with bath. Another of the bedrooms has a door accessing the main terrace and swimming pool. The other bedroom has two hand crafted antique beds and views of the mountains.
The house has a large external terrace with views of the beach, a private pool measuring 11m x 4m, hammocks and sunshades and a table where you can have a drink or eat al fresco while enjoying the wonderful views. There is a relaxation area with outside furniture, barbecue and private parking area within the property.
