This beautiful villa is located on a hill between the towns of Son Carrió and Cala Millor. The beaches of Cala Millor, Sa Coma, S'Illot and Cala Bona are about 6 kilometers away from the house, so in less than 10 minutes by car you will be enjoying some of the best beaches on the island.
For those who love cycling and hiking, the Vía Verde, an old railway line that has been converted into a cycle and hiking route with more than 30 kilometers of routes, is less than 2 kilometers from the house. The Pula golf course is 9 kilometers from the house.
Other places of interest are the Safari Zoo of Sa Coma, the caves of Drach and dels Hams in Portocristo, the castle of Capdepera or the town of Artà.
Es Turrio is ideal for a holiday with several families or friends. It is located on a hill, not far from Son Carrió in a quiet rural area. From this place, you have a wonderful view of the sea and the coast from Porto Cristo to Cala Millor.
This villa is built on a hillside and has 3 levels, which are connected through an internal staircase. Each floor has its own nature. The wide distribution of the rooms and the harmonious interaction of modern and classic elements produce an environment to make you feel like at home.
Es Turrio is surrounded by a garden, making it an ideal place to relax. The pool area with its jacuzzi and the terraces with hammocks and its spectacular views create such a pleasant atmosphere, so it is sometimes difficult to leave the house. It is also the ideal place to enjoy the legendary Mallorcan nights.
Two entrances with wrought iron doors that open electrically, lead, one to the main entrance with side parking and the other to the ground floor with a covered parking for 4 vehicles, and a large terrace, for parking and playground for children and a porch with a table-tennis.
All exterior areas of the house are connected by paths and stairs. For the safety of children, the pool area is closed by a wrought iron fence.
THE MAIN HOUSE consists of the main floor and the ground floor.
THE MAIN FLOOR constitutes the center of the house with access to street level. The entrance is under a covered porch, you access through the hall where there is a staircase leading to the apartment and goes up to the ground floor. To the left of the hall, you can find the day zone, to the right, through another door, you enter the night area. DAY ZONE: dining room for 10-12 people, TV lounge with sofas and a fireplace, both with access to the covered terrace. The kitchen is connected to a laundry room with a terrace. BEDROOM’S AREA: a 38-square meters suite of with a bathroom, living room with sliding doors to the bedroom and access to the covered terrace, there is a jacuzzi in the main bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms.
THE FIRST FLOOR has two bedrooms and a bathroom. On one side, there is a bedroom with dressing room and bathroom. If the other bedroom is not occupied, it can be converted into a suite. On the other side, we have a bedroom/study with a desk, a sofa and armchairs. This bedroom has access to a terrace with 19m2.
