This restored 19th century house offers the comfort of a modern house as well as the charm of its classic Majorcan architecture. The huge central area of the house is a real eye-catcher; here you will find all the common rooms of the house, such as the dining room, the kitchen or the living room. The more than 150 square metres are divided in two by three spectacular arches and give this house its uniqueness and particulary.
This beautiful house is located on the grounds of the Finca de Sant Josep, one of the largest lands in Manacor that used to cover an area of more than 900 hectares. It is located between the villages of Porto Colom - one of the most beautiful natural harbours of Mallorca - and Portocristo, famous for its natural caves, such as the Cuevas del Drach and the Cuevas des Hams.
Two of the most beautiful unspoilt beaches in the southeast of Mallorca, Cala Varques and Cala Magraner, can be reached by walking from the house in only 30 minutes. It is also close to the beach of Cala Murada, with its recommended beach bar, where you can enjoy the best music and food of the area. Other beaches a few kilometres away are Calas de Mallorca, Cala Romántica or Cala Mandia.
Passionate golfers can practice their hobby at the Vall d'Or golf course, located just 12 kilometres away. If you like cycling, you should take advantage of the good connection to the road, which is one of the most popular and frequented cycling routes in Majorca.
