Majestic entrance to a great property at the north of the island in a very quiet place where you can enjoy a lot of tranquility.
These modern, tastefully furnished Villa offers enough space for 8 persons and is located just about 15 minuts from the closest beach.
The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and it is on suite an the other three bedrooms have two single beds, in total there are 3 exclusive bathrooms. The large, bright living area invites you to stay, the comfortable sofas and seating are waiting for you to relax.
The large and fully equipped kitchen with all the extras with high quality appliances, to enjoy lovely meals with family or friends, you wil find a lot of fun preparing lovely staff for your love ones.
Also the outside area of the Finca has a lot to offer. The garden is well maintained, there are different trees and lawns. The covered terrace leads almost around the whole house and offers some cosy seating areas. A highlight is the spacious pool with sun loungers.
From the kitchen you will find a semi-covered terrace with a portable grill.

The property is very private, which was great, but it does mean you need to drive everywhere. Our host was amazing, great communication and always on time. Home was neat, clean and comfortable.

Villa is absolutely beautiful. We were two families with young babies and a toddler and the villa was fully equipped for our stay - we didn’t need to worry about anything. Only issue was the pool not being heated but I imagine in later summer this issee more

Das Haus hat eine tolle Ausstattung, eine schöne Zimmeraufteilung und großzügige Badezimmer. Besonders den Außenbereich mit dem 3-geteilten Pool und dem Kinderspielplatz haben wir genossen. Es war rundum ein toller Urlaub. Ein weiteres Highlight für die Kinder waren die Schafe auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück. |

Great place to stay! Clean, spacious and with everything available in the house for a relaxed holiday. Our toddler loved the playground in the yard and the shallow part of the swimming pool - we had a hard job convincing her to come home with us :-) see more

We visited various beaches and horse ranches and in all had a really nice, easy two weeks here. Would absolutely recommend!

The pool area was very clean and Beautiful, it was a pleasure to spend the evenings there. The location is a bit secluded, which we kind of knew, but the approach road was difficult to find. It was a dirt road. Overall, a wonderful home and a great stay.

Supermarket within a 5 minute drive for all essentials.Nearest beach roughly 20 mins drive away.The host is always on hand for any advice required.Had an issue with wasps nests, Our Grandaughter was stung quite badly twice. Contacted Host who quickly got somebody out to remove nests, however the wasps returned within hours.Slight issue with being overcharged for electric on vacating the property, however, again this was rectified within 24 hours. Charging extra for electric needs to be clearly stated on the listing.

Wir waren mit der Finca sehr zufrieden und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist wirklich gut ausgestattet.Der Außenbereich ist ansprechend und insbesondere für Familien top. Es gibt eine Spielecke mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder.Die Lage ist nicht so toll, der Supermarkt ist zwar in 8 Minuten zu erreichen, ansonsten ist aber erstmal nicht viel los. Zum Meer muss man immer mindestens 20 Minuten Auto fahren.Leider hatten wir die komplette Zeit immer wieder Ameisen. Im Haus gab es viele Mittel gegen die Insekten, trotzdem war es etwas nervig - man konnte keinen Brotkrümel auf dem Boden liegen lassen, ohne dass eine halbe Stunde später 100 Ameisen da waren. Somit musste man ständig saugen oder fegen.Etwas überrascht waren wir auch über die anschließende Stromrechnung. Wir mussten noch 180€ für 9 Tage nachzahlen und hatten kaum die Klimaanlage oder sonstige Stromfresser an.Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Die Finca ist modern, gemütlich und wirklich sehr ansprechend. Der Garten mit Pool und die vielseitigen Sitz-und Ruhemöglichkeiten sind überdurchschnittlich. Eine Oase für alle, die eine Alleinlage, komplett abseits, geniessen möchten. So, wie man es vom Landleben erwartet, hört man Hühner und Hunde in der Ferne und Vogelgezwitscher, was Naturliebhaber nicht stört. Ein Mietwagen ist sehr empfehlenswert, da man fussläufig nicht weit kommt. Wir haben uns bereits tagsüber während unserer Unternehmungen auf unseren sonnigen Garten und die überdachte Terrasse gefreut.

Wir waren für 11 Übernachtungen in der Finca. Die Lage ist eher bescheiden, da nur über einen groben Schotterweg zu erreichen. Nachts sehr störende Umgebungsgeräusche von schreienden Hähnen, Eseln und bellenden Hunden. Klimaanlagen funktionierten nursee more
Wir waren für 11 Übernachtungen in der Finca. Die Lage ist eher bescheiden, da nur über einen groben Schotterweg zu erreichen. Nachts sehr störende Umgebungsgeräusche von schreienden Hähnen, Eseln und bellenden Hunden. Klimaanlagen funktionierten nur teilweise, Backofen ohne Funktion. Die Finca an sich ist allerdings schön und gut eingerichtet, toller, großer Pool mit drei Bereichen. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden aber es war nicht perfekt. Zumal wir in der HS fast 500 € je Nacht bezahlt haben. Der Ablauf der Buchung und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Mallorca Charme war reibungslos und unkompliziert.

Eine tolle Finca mit einem schönen Pool. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man fährt mit dem Auto etwa 20 Minuten zum wunderschönen Strand in Muro. Der ist sehr lang und bietet für jeden Geschmack das richtige. Entweder naturbelassen und ruhig, oder bei desee more
Eine tolle Finca mit einem schönen Pool. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man fährt mit dem Auto etwa 20 Minuten zum wunderschönen Strand in Muro. Der ist sehr lang und bietet für jeden Geschmack das richtige. Entweder naturbelassen und ruhig, oder bei den Hotels mehr los. Auf jeden Fall ist er für Kinder sehr gut geeignet.
Ein Ausflug nach Pollenca lohnt sich sehr. Hier kann man abends auch mal gut Essen gehen. |

Wir hatten eine rundum gelungene Zeit in der Finca Son Costa Búger. Die Finca ist wunderschön und großzügig gestaltet sowie top ausgestattet. Angenehm ruhig gelegen, dennoch ist man mit dem Auto schnell in 3 Minuten beim Bäcker oder Supermarkt und disee more
Wir hatten eine rundum gelungene Zeit in der Finca Son Costa Búger. Die Finca ist wunderschön und großzügig gestaltet sowie top ausgestattet. Angenehm ruhig gelegen, dennoch ist man mit dem Auto schnell in 3 Minuten beim Bäcker oder Supermarkt und die Bucht von Alcudia ist 15 Min. entfernt.
Der Checkin mit der superfreundlichen Besitzerin Rosa war wunderbar und sollte mal etwas sein, kümmert sich Fincas Mallorca Charme schnell und problemlos um alles. |
