Large villa with swimming pool in the northern area of Mallorca.
Located between Muro and Can Picafort, just 3 km from the beach.
Capacity for 10 people.
Spacious dining room. Fully equipped kitchen that connects to another living room with a fireplace.
There are a total of 6 bedrooms, two with double beds and the other four with two single beds. There are four bathrooms, one with a shower and the others with bathtubs.
Spectacular outdoor area. Large pool with waterfall, sun loungers, several rest areas, barbecue, children's play area and beach volleyball court.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity and air conditioning according to consumption (€0.30/kW).
- Optional heating at €15 per day
- Option to fence the pool €150.00.
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

Besonders die sehr gepflegte Außenanlagen mit dem tollen Pool, den Palmen und den vielen Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen waren sehr schön und die große Terrasse mit sehr bequemen Sesseln und die Tischtennisplatte war der Renner, auch haben wir die anderesee more
Besonders die sehr gepflegte Außenanlagen mit dem tollen Pool, den Palmen und den vielen Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen waren sehr schön und die große Terrasse mit sehr bequemen Sesseln und die Tischtennisplatte war der Renner, auch haben wir die anderen Sportmöglichkeiten, Volleyball, Botschia viel genutzt. Ebenfalls konnten wir die Aussenküche mehrfach nutzen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, schon wegen der abendlichen Beleuchtung des Pools, einfach wow. Unsere Kinder haben abends die Beregnung des Rasens genossen!

Leicht Verbesserungswürdig finden wir die Innentüren, Fenster und in der Küche bedarf es einer neuen Spülmaschine, läuft aus.
