On the ground floor there is a bedroom and a fully equipped, spacious and bright kitchen together with the living room. There is also a small toilet.
It stands out for being a new construction and for the great quality of all the accommodations.
The outside area does not fall behind, there is a terrace, a fenced-in swimming pool, sunbeds, a barbecue, very comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful garden with a pleasant terrace to enjoy the good weather, company and spectacular views.

Great Villa at the north of the island very well equipped, ideal for relaxing in summer or winter. The house has two diferents levels, on the ground floor you will find a kitchen fully equipped in an open concept with spacious living-dinning area with a lovely fire place, also at the the same level you will find a bedroom and a bathroom.. On the first floor we first reach a comfortable seating area, from here, there are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has been lovingly furnished. The big garden has being well kept and also you have a nice size pool with a shower outside. Great villa with pool in the north of Mallorca. It is situated between Muro and Can Picafort, only 3 km from the beach. Capacity for 10 people. Large living room. Fully equipped kitchen that connects to another living room with a fireplace. There is a total of 6 bedrooms, two with double beds and the other four with two single beds. There are four bathrooms, one of them with shower and the others with bathtub. Spectacular outside area. Large swimming pool with waterfall, sun beds, various rest areas, barbecue, children's play area and beach volleyball court. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Leider war die Finca bei unserer Ankunft nicht sehr sauber. Insbesondere in den Bäder im OG und unter den Betten. Dort hat das Housekeeping gespart. Auch das Geschirr hat lieber noch eine Runde im Geschirrspühler gedreht. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung und die Finca ist in einem, dem Alter entsprechenden, ordentlichen Zustand. Der Pool wird wohl nächstes Jahr saniert, aber die Paar Fliesen die sich hier und da lösen sind kein großes Problem.
