Rustic family estate with stunning views.
Son Morro Farm is entirely private, in a perfect location between the very touristy town of Ca'n Picafort and the quiet locality of Santa Margalida. The sandy beach of Ca'n Picafort is just 7 km away, where supermarkets, restaurants and shops abound.
The house is accessed through the cosy living-dining room with comfortable sofas. TV, WiFi and music system are available. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with cold/heat air conditioning.
An exterior staircase leads to a balcony, from where there is a great view over the countryside to the sea and mountains.
Around the house there is a terrace with a professional outdoor barbecue and there are also several seating areas, partially covered. From here you can enjoy the view of the beautiful garden with many Mediterranean plants.
In the large swimming pool of 4x8m, there are several comfortable loungers waiting for them...

Beautiful country house in the north of the island, located in Santa Margalida, in a rural area just 7 km from the sea and the beautiful beaches of Alcudia Bay.
Capacity for 4 people. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed and a luxurious bathroom with a shower.
Fully equipped kitchen that connects to the living-dining room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
For the winter months, there is a pellet stove in the living room with ventilation slots in the bedrooms and bathroom.
Suitable for children, with a wonderful private pool, a swing on the large lawn and a barbecue. Outside there is a beautiful garden lawn area. There is even a ping-pong table available.
There is a lovely terrace with garden furniture. From here, you have a great view of the pool and the garden. The sun loungers are already waiting for you. The house is only 2 km from the village.

Cosy villa in Santa Margalida, perfect for families with children.
It is located in the north of the island in an excellent area for inland and beach tourism.
The house is very spacious, open kitchen and living room, all fully equipped so that you lack nothing during your holidays. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Outside there is a lovely area for children where they will do nothing but have fun, there are toys, slide, swing, sandpit.....
For adults, there is also a ping pong table.
The pool (4x8) is completely fenced to ensure the safety of the little ones.
There is also a barbecue area and garden furniture to enjoy the best meals with family or friends.

Voiture nécessaire.La maison est très mignonne , bien équipée, et très propre.Le jardin est joli et bien fleuri. La vue est magnifique. La piscine est très belle et vraiment très agréable.Si vous voulez vous détendre c'est l'endroit idéal !!!!Un seul petit point à revoir peut-être (parce qu'il faut en trouver un 😅) la piscine pourrait être allumée un peu plus tard. Actuellement, elle s'allume automatiquement vers 21h30 pour s'éteindre à 22h40. C'est tellement agréable de pouvoir se baigner le soir tard. Cependant, cela ne nous a pas empêché d'en profiter.

Die Lage ist super, wir blickten ins das Tal bis Alcudia, auf das Tramuntana Gebirge und aufs Meer (etwas entfernt) bei absoluter Ruhe, mit Schafen und Vögeln.

Wir haben eine entspannte Woche in dieser tollen mallorquinischen Finca verbracht.
Die Lage ist super, wir blickten ins das Tal bis Alcudia, auf das Tramuntana Gebirge und aufs Meer (etwas entfernt) bei absoluter Ruhe, mit Schafen und Vögeln. In 5 Minuten ist man am Traumstrand und anständigen Lokalen, die Berge sind nicht weit, was brauchten wir mehr. Die Einrichtung ist landestypisch, sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Das Team hat uns sehr gut betreut, es gab zur Begrüßung: Obst, Wein & Kekse, vielen vielen Dank dafür! |

Die Kommunikation funktionierte per E-Mail und WhatsApp reibungslos und man erhält umgehend eine Antwort. Das Kundenportal ist sehr gut aufgebaut und alle Dokumente können hier online hinterlegt werden.

Klimaanlagen laufen alle super. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den tollen Obstkorb, Sektflasche, Getränke und Olivenöl. |

Estar en el porche a la fresca, con los únicos sonidos de los higos cayendo del arbol, algún cencerro lejano y alguna cabrita balando.. uff, se estaba en la gloria. Eso si, si aprecias la tranquilidad. Si no, esta no es tu casa vacacional..
