Finca Son Morro is in a very private location in a perfect location between the lively tourist town of Can Picafort and the quiet village of Santa Margalida. The long sandy beach of Can Picafort is only 7 km, supermarkets, restaurants and shopping opportunities abound.
The house is accessed via the cozy living / dining area with comfortable sofas. TV and music system are available. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine. There is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning hot/cold.
An outside staircase leads to a balcony, from which you have a great view over the countryside to the sea and the mountains.
Around the house leads a terrace with professional outdoor grill and several sitting areas, partly covered. From here you can enjoy the view of the beautifully landscaped garden with many Mediterranean plants. At the 4x8m large pool several comfortable sun loungers are waiting for you.

Villa in Santa Margarita, perfect for families with children, very safe place. It is located in the north of the island in an excellent area for inland and beach tourism.. The house is very spacious, open kitchen and living room, all fully equipped to make sure you don't miss anything during your holiday. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath tub. On the outside there is a nice area for children where they will do nothing but have fun, there are toys, slide, swing, sandbox..... For the older ones there is also a table tennis table. A very clean and spacious Finca Beautiful country house in the north of the island, located in Santa Margalida, in a rural area just 7 km from the sea and the beautiful beaches of the Bay of Alcudia. Suitable for children, with a lovely private swimming pool, a swing on large lawn and barbecue. Outside there is a Mediterranean garden with manicured trees and a beautiful lawn. Even a table tennis table is available. The house has a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with shower. The fully equipped, ultra-modern kitchen leading to a living/dining room with flat-screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi. All rooms are lovingly, modern and high quality furnished. For the winter months there is a pellet stove in the living room with ventilation slits in the bedrooms and in the bathroom. Beside the house there is a pretty terrace with garden furniture. From here you have a great view of the pool and garden. Sun beds are already waiting for you. The house is only 2 km from the village. In this pretty, well-kept Finca you can spend a wonderful family vacation. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Voiture nécessaire.La maison est très mignonne , bien équipée, et très propre.Le jardin est joli et bien fleuri. La vue est magnifique. La piscine est très belle et vraiment très agréable.Si vous voulez vous détendre c'est l'endroit idéal !!!!Un seul petit point à revoir peut-être (parce qu'il faut en trouver un 😅) la piscine pourrait être allumée un peu plus tard. Actuellement, elle s'allume automatiquement vers 21h30 pour s'éteindre à 22h40. C'est tellement agréable de pouvoir se baigner le soir tard. Cependant, cela ne nous a pas empêché d'en profiter.

Die Lage ist super, wir blickten ins das Tal bis Alcudia, auf das Tramuntana Gebirge und aufs Meer (etwas entfernt) bei absoluter Ruhe, mit Schafen und Vögeln.

Wir haben eine entspannte Woche in dieser tollen mallorquinischen Finca verbracht.
Die Lage ist super, wir blickten ins das Tal bis Alcudia, auf das Tramuntana Gebirge und aufs Meer (etwas entfernt) bei absoluter Ruhe, mit Schafen und Vögeln. In 5 Minuten ist man am Traumstrand und anständigen Lokalen, die Berge sind nicht weit, was brauchten wir mehr. Die Einrichtung ist landestypisch, sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Das Team hat uns sehr gut betreut, es gab zur Begrüßung: Obst, Wein & Kekse, vielen vielen Dank dafür! |

Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage. Nur 5 min mit dem Auto bis Can Picafort. Die Finca selber ist einfach nur toll. Der Blick zum Meer und das von jeder Ecke auf der Finca. Klimaanlagen laufen alle super. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den tollen Obstkorb, Sektflasche, Getränke und Olivenöl. |

Los niños saltaban del coche y se metían en la piscina para nuestro "bañito nocturno familiar". Estar en el porche a la fresca, con los únicos sonidos de los higos cayendo del arbol, algún cencerro lejano y alguna cabrita balando.. uff, se estaba en la gloria. Eso si, si aprecias la tranquilidad. Si no, esta no es tu casa vacacional..
