he property is a two-storey, stone built former farmhouse which has been totally refurbished. The house has 4 double bedrooms and 4 en suite bathrooms. The upper floor has air conditioning and there is an Internet connection and satellite television.
We enter the house via a veranda which has a pretty tree, providing welcome shade over a large table which can seat 8 people and is ideal for breakfast or lunch. Next to the table is a modern barbecue.
Behind the house is a pool which was originally built in days gone by to take advantage of an antique well providing water via a small aqueduct. From the pool area there are lovely views of the countryside and crop fields surrounding the house. Next to the pool we find a lawned area with hammocks and a sunshade and surrounded by trees.
On the ground floor there is an attractive living room with two sofas, a television and a staircase leading to the upper floor. On the right side of this floor there is a spacious dining room with an arched fireplace and a large table. Next to this is the kitchen which has a rustic touch but has been fully restored and comprises dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all the kitchenware you will need. Next to the kitchen is the laundry and a large larder. On the left side is one of the double bedrooms, with en suite bathroom comprising shower. There is a toilet next to the living room.
On the second floor are the other three double bedrooms, two of these with twin beds and another with a double bed and all with parque flooring and en suite bathroom.

Das Haus als solches ist sehr groß und geräumig. Die Toiletten, Duschen, Klimaanlagen waren alle i.O. Wer die "echte Ruhe " sucht ist hier guta aufgehoben. Wer abends ausgehen möchte oder Schotterpisten nicht mag sollte diese Finca in absoluter Einsasee more
Das Haus als solches ist sehr groß und geräumig. Die Toiletten, Duschen, Klimaanlagen waren alle i.O. Wer die "echte Ruhe " sucht ist hier guta aufgehoben. Wer abends ausgehen möchte oder Schotterpisten nicht mag sollte diese Finca in absoluter Einsamkeit nicht wählen!
Leider ist es, wie bei den meisten "älteren Fincas" so, dass es zum Teil fast jeden Tag aus den Abläufen sehr stark gerochen hat. Das bekam man auch nicht durch ständiges Lüften weg -schade. |

Der Geruch aus den Abläufen -oder woher auch immer- war für alle eher eine Zumutung! Hier sollte dringend nachgerüstet werden!
