Wonderful vacation home for 4 people located by the sea in the old town of Portocolom.
Can Gelat is an old fishermen's house that has been renovated, offering incredible sea views.
Upon entering the house, we find ourselves in a hallway. On one side, there is a room with two single beds, on the other side, a room with a single bed. Next, there is a fully renovated bathroom with a shower and another bedroom with a double bed.
The living-dining room is spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table for 5 people, and a large living room where two sofas, a fireplace, a TV, and a balcony with incredible views of the Portocolom harbor are located.
The house has an upper terrace with outdoor sofas, an awning for shade, sun loungers, and a gas barbecue.
In addition, the house has heating, satellite TV, and wifi.

Completely renovated fisherman's cottage for 4 people in the historic center of Portocolom.
This charming newly renovated house (2020) is located in the historic center of Portocolom, near the church and Plaza de Son Jaume. Upon entering the house, we find ourselves in the very exquisitely furnished, spacious, white-washed living room. On the side is the fully equipped kitchen with light blue furniture and stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and crockery. At the back of the dining room we find the bathroom with shower, entirely decorated in shades of blue. At the back of the house are the two bedrooms, one room has 2 bunk beds, which are 2 meters long; in the other room there is a double bed. From the rooms there is a staircase that leads us to the upper terrace, there is a table with candles, ideal for lunch or dinner. There is also a seating area which is perfect for spending the late afternoon there.6 reviews
