Description
A typically Mediterranean villa, of the so-called Ibicenco (Ibizan) style, with its characteristic thick whitewashed walls and curved shapes. It is located on the cliffs looking out to sea. Guests can descend directly to Cala de Ses Dones, and enjoy wonderful views from the original round swimming pool which is located on a 100 m² terrace which has deck chairs and other garden furniture, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views.
This villa comprises 384 m² is located at Cala d’Or, which is surrounded by lovely coves as well as being close to the Cala d’Or watersports marina. It has 8 bedrooms, four with two single beds, two with Queen size beds and two with double beds thus 12 people can be accommodated comfortably given that there are 10 bathrooms, three with bathtub and seven with shower.
Guests can enjoy strolling through the wooded groves and there are plenty of paths for walks. There are terraces with comfortable garden furniture so you can relax outside the house. There is also a barbecue so you can dine al fresco. There is a chimenea, basketball hoop, ping pong tables and access to the Internet (Wifi).
For hot days the property has air conditioning and 3 fans.

The Villa is in a perfect location with plenty of space, the roll down screens on the outdoor lounge is genius.

There was plenty of hot water for showers which was a joy….. The enormous amount of crockery and serving dishes was a total joy (many villa rentals have the bare minimum but not here….fantastic to see!) The front terrace was utterly perfect for our group as was the pool, with lots of little spaces if people wanted to be alone. The double fridges were fantastic and the bonus of a third fridge and freezer in the downstairs pantry was a great surprise…. We cooked in the villa everyday (for 12!) and the kitchen is more than equipped with literally everything you could need for large cooking… The privacy is second to none in such a close proximity to Cala D’Or. We will absolutely be back. Best Villa we’ve stayed in by far. |

Could do with an upgrade on all pillows and mattresses - all poor quality which made the sleeping uncomfortable …Make sure all lightbulbs are working.

Make sure you read the booking information before guests turn up and have all rooms available as requested. Upgrade WiFi - It’s in desperate need of renewing…. It doesn’t work in a lot of areas. Change pool towels as well as bath towels mid week. Clear previous guests rubbish from the gardens. Possibly repaint all of the white wall parts throughout the gardens…(appreciate the red rain Cala D’Or has and it being near the end of season however it looks tired and unloved) A few more Sun loungers needed to make to 12 round the pool. Fix the shower by the sea entrance, or remove it completely…… The middle ring of the gas cooker needs attention as it burns yellow, meaning not enough air flow…..possibly needs servicing… |

Very large house with nice rooms, spread out in the house and adjoining buildings, big outdoor sitting area, large and nice garden, great pool, direct access to the sea, close to sand beach, plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance, easy see more

Shower in top room not enough pressure and warm water, maybe add 2 more sun beds at the pool - these are minor things, overall a great place.
