    Description

    Finca Cas Concarrí is a typical Mallorcan country house from the 19th century that has retained the charm of the old island houses. A few of the old elements that were used earlier are still intact. The adjoining house is completely independent and the outdoor area is also separated by a wall. Some parts of the house are almost exactly as they once were and others - like the bathrooms or the pool area - have been restored a few years ago to offer guests maximum comfort. Another feature of the old country houses are the thick walls that insulate the house and thus offer a pleasant coolness inside.

    The house offers 4 double rooms spread over 2 floors and has a maximum capacity of 8 people. On the ground floor you will find the large entrance area typical of Mallorcan houses, a beautiful bathroom, two bedrooms, an office area that can also be used as a playroom for the little ones, as well as a large living / dining room with stone walls and a fully equipped kitchen. A staircase leads from the spacious hall to the upper floor, where there are 2 further double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. The two rooms on the upper floor offer large walk-in closets that serve as small adjoining rooms.
    The well-preserved stone wall that once separated the animal stables and today frames the covered terrace with table and chairs still dominates the outside area of the house. There is also the beautiful private pool with beautiful views of the countryside, comfortable sun loungers and parasols, an artificial grass area and an outdoor fireplace as a barbecue, as well as private parking for several vehicles on the property.

    We would like to mention that Finca Cas Concarrí has a child-safe pool as it is completely surrounded by a small stone wall with a security gate.

    Ganz einsam ist es nicht, da man Stimmen von der angebauten Nachbarfinca hören konnte. Uns hat es nicht gestört.
    Nach einer Woche kam eine Putzfee mit neuen Handtüchern und Bettbezügen. Damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet, da wir nur 10 Tage vor Ort waren. Das hat uns positiv überrascht.
    Die Kommunikation mit Sabine von Mallorca Rent. war unkompliziert und sehr nett
    Die Betten in dem oberen Zimmer mit Bad waren etwas durchgelegen und nicht ganz so bequem.
