On the second floor there is a suite with two single beds and a spectacular bathroom with shower and bathtub, two double bedrooms - one with two single beds and one with a double bed - and a complete bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms in the house have a terrace.

At the back of the house is the terrace with an outside table for outdoor dining. Here you will also find the swimming pool, which is more than 12 metres long, with sun loungers and two large lawn. On one side there is also the barbecue and a toilet.

The house has air conditioning, wifi internet connection and satellite TV.

Finca Son Nou is a beautiful newly built house finished in 2017. The house has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 of them "en suite"), air conditioning, wifi internet connection and satellite TV.
From the outside it looks like a typical country house with its stone facade and Majorcan style shutters, but inside it is modern and very functional. All rooms of this property are distributed over one floor.

The main entrance leads into the large living-dining room with integrated and fully equipped kitchen (with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, etc.). At the back of the house is the beautiful infinity pool. Under the large covered terrace is a lovely dining table and a lawn area where the children can play. In addition, there are 6 sun loungers and a large sun umbrella in the pool area.
Next to the pool is a brick barbecue, as well as a toilet and an outside shower.

There is a private, covered parking space for several vehicles on the property.
