Holiday home located near Manacor with capacity for 12 people. The house has 6 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, satellite TV, air conditioning and wifi internet connection throughout the house.

Upon accessing the property we find a spacious car park with capacity for more than 10 cars. Behind the trees appears the stone house with green shutters and surrounded by lush vegetation reminiscent of that of the Serra de Tramuntana.

We enter the house and find ourselves in the hallway furnished with classic Majorcan furniture. On the left, the old kitchen (no longer in use) is preserved, decorated with furniture and objects over 100 years old.
Opposite the old kitchen there is a bedroom with a double bed. Crossing the hallway, you reach a spacious living room with a wrought iron fireplace and leather sofas facing the television. From there, a beautiful marble and wood staircase leads to the second floor. To the right of the living room there is a corridor leading to a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with a large bed and terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a double bedroom with a large bed, en suite bathroom with shower and terrace.

From the living room you access the other wing of the house, with a spacious dining room with table and a large fireplace, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen that is separated from the dining room by an American bar on one side. From the dining room, a staircase leads to a suite with a large double bed and a bathroom with shower.

From the dining room you can also access the covered terrace at the back of the house with a large table for 12 people and a barbecue. In front of it is the beautiful swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and straw umbrellas. Next to the pool, in addition to a covered area with a ping-pong table, there are spacious gardens with different zones, ideal for walking or reading a book in the shade of an oak tree.
