Beautiful villa in Sa Coma, less than 1 kilometer from one of the top rated beaches in Mallorca, Sa Coma Beach. It's a quiet area, but shops and restaurants are just a minutes away.
Villa Cas Fraus is a two storey villa surrounded by a garden. We reach the house through the road, which is a dead end, so there are only a few cars there. On the ground floor we find a large living room with a table for 10 people and 2 sofas in front of a TV. Next to the dining room is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the covered terrace, where is another dining table for 10 people.
On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms; one with two 90 cm beds, the other two with 150 cm beds. There are also two full bathrooms with showers. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a 150cm bed and a private terrace and another bedroom with a 180cm bed.
The outdoor area of the house is quite large, next to the pool is a large artificial turf area with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, a children's table and a great stone grill.
The house has internet access (wifi) and satellite TV.

Spectacular house for 10 people situated on a small hill near Sant Llorenç.
Sa Real is situated on a small hill with spectacular views. Access to the property is via a ramp leading to the back of the house, where the parking area is located. Entering the stone house is the entrance area, which leads to the large living room with stone walls with sofas in front of the TV and a fireplace area. The living room has direct access to the terrace and, to the right, is the large fully-equipped kitchen, decorated in shades of green. On the other side of the living room is a bedroom with two beds. Next to the entrance of the house is an exquisitely decorated bedroom with double bed and a complete bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor there is also a spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The second floor of the house is more modern and has an incredible suite with living room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. There is another bedroom with double bed, private terrace and bathroom "en suite" with bath and shower, and a third bedroom with double bed and bathroom "en suite" with shower.
The exterior of the house is spacious and spectacular, with a very large covered terrace and a great barbecue, dining and sofa area, a pergola with a dining table near the kitchen door and another one next to the pool. The pool measures 15 x 6 m and has a separate area for children. There are 10 sun loungers and 3 umbrellas by the pool, from where you can enjoy excellent views.
The house has air conditioning on the upper floor, heating, wifi internet connection and satellite TV.8 reviews

War alles top, die Lage war super. Alles konnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Das Haus war super Sauber. Was uns persönlich bisschen gestört hat ist das es keine Klimaanlagen in denn Zimmern gab.
